By placing an order with Blast Collection, you agree to the following terms.
1. All sales are final
All products are sold on a no-exchange, no-refund basis. Please check product details and photos carefully before you buy. See our Returns and Refunds policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under Singapore law.
2. Order cancellations
You may cancel an order as long as payment has not been made and your item has not been packed. Once an order is packed, it can no longer be cancelled.
3. Product condition and quality checks
We carefully inspect every item before it ships. We are not responsible for manufacturing characteristics such as print lines, centring, colour variations or factory flaws, which are outside our control.
4. Delivery
Local orders are dispatched and delivered within 2–4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We are not liable for parcels lost or delayed once they have been handed to our delivery partner. Overseas delivery is available at the buyer’s cost. See our Shipping and Delivery page for details.
5. Your personal data
We respect your privacy. Your personal data is used only to process and deliver your order, and is never shared with third parties unless you have authorised it or it is needed to complete your delivery.
6. Respectful conduct
We are happy to help with every enquiry. However, we reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders and block any customer who is abusive towards us.
